The Space:

Welcome to 447 Porpoise Drive! This spacious two-story home sits on a large, quiet lot overlooking the Ocean Point Golf Course. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this island retreat is ideal for families and groups, with a layout that offers ample indoor and outdoor space for everyone to relax and unwind.



On the main level, discover two generous living rooms, a large dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen ready for culinary adventures. The expansive primary suite includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the screened-in porch. Step onto the large deck, complete with a gas grill, offering breathtaking views of the Ocean Point Golf Course and serene lagoons.



On the upper level, you will find another deck - perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise - and the other three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has another king-sized bed and a twin-sized sleeper sofa, plus an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4, attached to bedroom 3, is a delightful space for the younger ones with two sets of built-in bunk beds. (You must go through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4). All bedrooms, except the bunk room, have a television for your viewing pleasure. For your convenience, this home provides a Pack 'n Play, crib, and two booster seats, ensuring a hassle-free stay for families with little ones. The kitchen is equipped with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. An extra refrigerator also provides ample storage.



447 Porpoise Drive sits on the north end of Fripp Island, close to the Audubon Trail, beach access, pools, and other Fripp Island Resort amenities. Immerse yourself in the island lifestyle and create lasting memories in this idyllic setting.



Please note that our house does not allow animals, ensuring a serene and allergy-friendly retreat for all guests.



A 4-seat golf cart is provided by the property owner. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!



Guest Cards Included:

Your rental includes up to 11 guest cards! These cards are required to access all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks everything you need for a longer stay, plus groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island covering about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities Fripp Island offers. Fripp Island offers a wide range of food and beverage options. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, six tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, with bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You'll likely see them as you enter the island gates.
