The Space:

411 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a updated three-bedroom, three-bath villa located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services, this home is ideal for guests who want to be close to Fripp’s top amenities and the beach.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and direct access to the exterior, as well as a new sliding glass door that opens to ocean views. The renovated ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, new vanity, and stylish new tile throughout.



The open dining and living area also features a new sliding glass door leading to the patio, where guests can enjoy gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the community pool—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a fully renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, new tile, and a new vanity. The second upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, ocean views, and a beautifully updated ensuite with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and modern tile finishes.



This villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers stunning ocean-view patio seating for enjoying Fripp Island’s coastal charm.



Units 408 and 411 feature a convenient adjoining door, allowing them to be connected into one larger space—perfect for families or groups traveling together.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
