Located on the ground floor, this flat comprises:

- a charming living room with a single sofa bed and a dining area,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, hangers,
- TV, DVD player, books,
- ski locker, cellar, radiators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector,
- private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25 €
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44 €

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when your deposit is validated.
