Just 2 km from Saint Germain-de-Joux and 5 km from Giron, this detached cottage in a small mountain hamlet can accommodate up to 6 people. Budding archaeologists can visit Dinoplane on the trail of the Dinosaurs, the Giron cross-country skiing trail, the Plateau du Retord, and more. Whether exploring natural or cultural heritage, the Terre Valserine region is a magnificent region rich in activities. The small house in Marnod is accessed through the parking lot shared with the owners. The main entrance opens onto a kitchen and a charming living room combining wood and stone, with a warm and refined decor. The living room with a pellet stove will keep you warm during colder periods. A beautiful wooden and ironwork staircase leads to a large 50 m² mezzanine where the sleeping arrangements are distributed: on one side, a double bed (160x200), on the other, a single bed (90x200) with a relaxation area and net for the enjoyment of young and old alike, and finally, opposite, a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). Three steps lower is a beautiful bathroom with an integrated toilet. You have access to a private terrace with no overlooked views. The best part of this gîte: sheets and towels are provided, and utilities are included (wood heating). A hot tub that can accommodate 6 people is available for an additional fee and upon reservation with the owner. During the winter season, snow equipment for your vehicle is strongly recommended.
