Charming villa of 80 m2, with small swimming pool (4x2.5 m x 1.46 m depth = 10 m2) secured and heated from May to September (depending on weather conditions)*, 750 m. from one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed en suite with shower room wc, one double beds that can be pushed together), 2 bathrooms including one en suite in bedroom 1, 2 toilets, a living room with dining room, living room and equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, induction hob) and a 7 m2 pantry in which the washing machine is located.
It is completely enclosed by walls, not overlooked.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
WIFI Internet ok.
A private parking lot allows you to park 2 vehicles.
Outdoor terrace for convivial meals by the pool.
Terrace equipped with sunbeds, outdoor shower.
80 m. from the house, from Easter, possibility to rent bicycles.

Out of season, shopping can be done either at the market or at the Carrefour Contact in Chéray or in St Pierre d'Oléron. Domino market from Easter 5 minutes away.

Bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels) + dish towels are provided.

Travel cot and high chair available in each house as well.

Deposit required upon entry into the premises:

Arrivals are from 5 p.m., (contact me if the house is ready, possibility to welcome you before) and departures before 10 a.m.

*EASTER AND ALL SAINTS' DAY HOLIDAYS: If the weather conditions allow it (no temperatures below 15°C), we can exceptionally, on request and if we deem it possible, put the pool's heat pump back into service, for a flat rate of 75 €/stay (minimum 5-night stay), which must be paid on arrival.

Electricity consumption in winter (from November to March)

In order to raise awareness of the importance of energy savings and adopt responsible behaviour, we inform our tenants that consumption is included in the rent on the basis of 80 kWh daily (calculated on the basis of a reasonable average consumption for the volume of the house, taking into account its electrical equipment), representing a rate of €17.60/day (€123 for a week).
This consumption will be controlled using the Total Energie application.
In the event that this package exceeds 5% of the basic consumption, the excess will be invoiced at the current rate of €0.22/kWh, based on the actual consumption, off-peak hours, peak hours (a weekly average will be calculated, since there may be days in + and others in -).
A meter reading will be taken in the presence of the tenant on arrival and departure.
A deposit of €50 will be required on arrival for stays of one week and
€20 for short stays and weekends, it will be returned if no exceedance has been observed.
