'We had rented the 2nd floor Vassily with a small balcony but were shown to the 3rd floor Vincent (no balcony). We were told there was a mix-up on the booking site and that the unit we rented was currently taken. Nit-picks: the soft furniture was uncomfortably deep for my small wife and the chairs at the dining table were hard (literally) to sit on for extended periods so we sat on pillows while at the table. We could hear a crying child for a couple days from downstairs (Vassily) but being on...

'Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!'

'It was nice to be greeted and shown the apartment. Everything was very clean and neat. Communication was perfect! I would say that the stairs need to be highlighted as narrow and steep to the lower level just in case people have issues with walking.'

It’s perfectly located just off the walkable center of Bordeaux, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed — from a nice bathroom and cozy beds to coffee for the mornings. The property manager was wonderful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how everything worked....
