'This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!'

'The appartment is perfect for a skitrip. It is clean, comfortable and warm. The appartment is a short walk from the Super Morzine skilift and the village. An extra bonus is the view on downtown Morzine and the spacious balconny where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Philip is a very responsive and helpfull host!'

'We had a great stay. Location is perfect ski-in ski-out. In the evening a small walk downhill (15min) for the shops and restaurants. The 2p bed in the appartement is a bit small (140cm). The mezzanine with a 1p bed is low and reached by a steep stairway. Perfect for 1 kid. It was a bit dusty. We did not use the (couch) bed in the livingroom, but it looks comfortable. Kitchen is wel equiped, though we missed a microwave. Bathroom has a great shower. I would not book this appartement for 5p,...

Die dazu gehörige Garage haben wir dann nicht mehr gesucht, sondern auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen geparkt.
