Guests have access to the entire chalet and all outdoor areas of the property, except for maintenance and storage areas reserved for supplies.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

• The chalet is supplied by a private artesian well and septic system. Please use the facilities responsibly.

• Please respect the property, the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening.

• Parties, events, and excessive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet.

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean during their stay and are expected to leave it in good condition upon departure.

• Outdoor security cameras are installed for safety purposes only. They do not monitor any indoor spaces or private guest areas.
