'Property itself is fair but the lack of communication with the host is the problem. We were stuck outside in the car park for nearly 2 hours before she eventually gave us the access codes to get in. And then when we entered the apartment it was still dirty from the last guests. The cleaner eventually turned up and also hadn't been told we were arriving that day. I definitely would not book it again. '

'The host was fabulous. She greeted us warmly, walked us through the apartment and made sure we knew about all it had to offer. There were nice friendly touches like fresh apples and big bottles of filtered water. Her communication was excellent and always prompt. Bonuses for us were; 1) she gave us a card for 10% off a great restaurant next door, and 2) she secured a transportation for us to our next destination (1 hr away) that was safe, friendly and cost effective. 'Check information was wrong from management, miscommunication between the property owner and management co. Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. TV would not work properly, really a big let down.'
