'Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.'

'We spent our 5th anniversary there. The furniture in our room had seen better days, which didn't matter to us, other than that everything else was really good. There was a bartender in the lounge on Thursday night 6/11 with a unique name which I can't remember, who was great! We got in late, and decided to have a couple drinks before bed. He made us feel welcomed, and was fun to talk to. He seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back next time we are in the Superior/Duluth area.'

'Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay but seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast needs-seemed everything was empty at the same time. Came down at different times during stay and this seemed to be an issue. I do realize that this is out of the control of the hotel but construction noise going on around the building was horrible! 'The location was the best! Right on the marina so plenty to do and see. It was also just a short walk to Canal Park and to the beach. The views were great and there was so many extras. They have an above ground fire pit, outdoor games, shuttle to surrounding attractions, a s’mores bar, beach toys, and free drinks and snacks. Will definitely be staying here again!'

'Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. 'Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...
