Guests may access through the front door into the breezeway and up the staircase to the loft.

I will be available to you throughout your stay for any questions you may have. Please note the only ‘shared space’ at my property is the hallway that leads from the kitchen to the garage. Both the kitchen and garage have doors that lock leaving the hallway private to you majority of your stay.

Family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the beach.

Walk, bike or drive to anything that interests you during your stay. There will be one parking space available on the left side of the driveway for your car.

A queen air mattress is available upon request prior to arrival.

-Take shoes off before going upstairs
-Rinse off with hose near entrance after beach
-Keep noise to a minimum
-Do not flush anything except toilet paper. No tampons, paper towels, etc.
-Leave trash at the bottom of the stairs
