Luxury Morning Peninsula house W/4 ensuites & Spa. 100m from Water

This purpose built luxury property (100m to water) has been designed specifically for yours needs and enjoyment. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 (FOUR) ensuites so you don't have to share a bathroom with anyone!
Summary. 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a spa, 100m to the water, premium finishes, furniture and linen, double car garage. It really is an excellent holiday property!
One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor.
The room set ups are as follows:
Downstairs queen bed with ensuite
Upstairs King room with ensuite and Balcony
Upstairs andother queen room with ensuite
Upstairs 2 x king single beds in 1 room with ensuite

There is also a second living room upstairs with an xbox 1 for the kids on a 4k tv.

The living room downstairs has a gas fire place which turns on at the flick of a switch perfect those cooler nights.
There are split system air conditioners in all the bedrooms and both living areas.
There is a spa in the backyard which can fit 6 people. It also has 2 lay down positions.

A bit about the location:
- 100m to the water
- 1km to Dromana IGA shopping Centre
- 1km to Aldi
- 1km to Dromana shops and cafes
- 5 to 10 mins drive to Red Hill Wineries
- 17 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs
- 13 min drive to the Briars Mount Martha

The backyard is fully decked and has an outdoor setting and BBQ. The BBQ is not covered in the cleaning fee and is the guests responsibility to clean if they want to use it. Unfortunately cleaners don't have enough time to clean it so it's on the guests. The alternative is not having a BBQ.
I will be removing tbe BBQ in Feb24. There are multi free BBQs on the foreshore and there is a 900mm gas cooktop in the kitchen.

I do live in this house when you guys aren't staying in it so you will see some of my things around, but don't worry there is still plenty of space for you!

Great location with rigid timeline

Nice house but we had a very tight time schedule to attend a family wedding. We really needed an extra half an hour to get ready, stress free, for a local wedding but owner very rigid on access time - 3pm. We literally dropped off our gear and left for the wedding. Came back to sleep around midnight, had a shower in the morning (scratchy towels and no soap or shampoo provided - is that normal??) and left at 10am without so much as a glass of water. Great location to travel to wedding and after party brunch. Can't really comment more on house as we weren't in it long enough.

Excellent Property

Lovely property in a particular lovely part of the Mornington Peninsular, property looked brand new, each bedroom was well equipped with lovely bed and linens and tastefully decorated. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom.The kitchen area, dining room and lounge room was plenty big enough for the 3 couples.Double garage and parking available for another 2 cars beside the garage parking.Great position, even though on Nepean Highway, it was very quite, highly recommended

The accommodation was very nice, property was well presented and rooms are very generous in size, you are spoilt for choice of bathrooms, including toilets. The host was very friendly, courteous prompt with answering any questions and giving info need for the stay.

Very close to beach

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my Mum and siblings to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house is large and bedrooms well appointed with lovely linen and ensuites for each. The beach really is a short walk away and very easy to get to. Benjamin was very specific in all his instructions for the use of the house.

Various equipment not working ( dryer, fireplace, light on exhaust fan ) cups cracked and dirty, bedside lamps broken and dangerous, dental floss in basin, one shower tap handle regularly fell off, no shelving in any of the showers and bbq filthy. Lovely property but for me it lacks presentation. From the property write up I was expecting much more.

Overall beautiful property great location, very clean good amenities and exactly as photos showed. Communication with Ben was easy, and he was very accommodating. Suggestion for further improvement would be to perhaps to include some basic tea, coffee and milk for guests to use on arrival. Otherwise, great.

Beautiful property, but lack of flexibility

Overall this property was clean, asthetically pleasing, secure and provided comfortable accommodation for our one night stay. In saying that, for the amount we paid, there was a lack of flexibility from the owner when it came to check in and out times. I was only asking for an extra 30-60 mins (making it a 2pm check in) just so that we could make the most of our stay. This was met with a hard no. On the day, traffic was a breeze so we arrived at the property at approximately 2.30, the cleaners had already departed, but still couldn't enter until 3pm on the dot. It'd be great if in the future there was a bit more flexibility. I also found it very surprising that with such a clean house, in the kitchen there were limited sponges/cleaning cloths - the only option was an old, dirty scourer sponge, and no replacement or paper towel available etc. to help with the cleaning up. Again, really nice property but a few things that made it not an ideal experience.
