I put a credit card on file with front desk. I went to dinner in restuarant and filled out the check to bill it to my room. I went to bed and recieved a call that I did not pay my check. The bartender did not ask for my credit card. I assumed it would be charged to my room.
I stay at Marriott over 25 nights a year never had this happen. This is disrespectful and terrible level of service
I am being told the 2 areas do not overlap, not really my problem. Terrible staff communication
