'Staff members were really helpful'

'Great place away from the tourist herds. Clean, good service, nice view, friendly staff... and we made a new best friend. Harry the lama who welcomes you in the morning via the courtyard window!'

'This is small, cozy hotel that is very clean and conveniently close to the Plaza de Armas. While the rooms are small, it was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler. The staff is nice and always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast is basic, just enough to get the day started and could improved, but overall it is a great stay. My room was very quiet. I would absolutely come back to this hotel.'

'Amazing people and best location. Highly recommended'

'Great hotel with a good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a relaxing spa. I would definitely go there again. '

'It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly.'

'The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.'

'The service of the employees is exceptional. They speak very good English and will help you were they can (transport, tours, dinner options etc.). Free coca tea in the lobby yo adjust to the high altitude and you can store your luggage free of charge for several days if you go to Machu Picchu. The breakfast is very basic. '
