This fully renovated and equipped, independent cottage (sleeps 5) is located in an exceptional riverside setting on the first floor (accessible by stairs) of a beautiful 18th-century house.

You will be charmed by this tranquil and welcoming environment in the heart of the town. The cottage includes a living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa bed (70cm wide), a dining room with an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave),

two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm wide), storage, a desk, a TV, and an en-suite shower room with WC; the second with a double bed (140cm wide) and a single bed (90cm wide), wardrobes, a desk, and an en-suite shower room with WC.

A separate WC and a laundry room with a washing machine complete the cottage.

Wi-Fi and private enclosed parking are provided.

The property is equipped with a luggage lift.
Beds are made upon arrival. Heating is included. A cleaning fee of €50 is charged for business travelers.

A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
