'This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight. Went to take a shower and heard someone pounding on the door. We got scared and contacted management. Apparently our shower was...

'Our stay at La Trasteverina was fantastic. A beautiful apartment and great location. We plan on returning to Rome for a longer stay. La Trasteverina will definitely be our go to accommodation. Lucia was very helpful in arranging our transportation to and from the airport.'

'Een heel mooi, ruim appartement. Midden in het centrum met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Vele drink en eetvoorzieningen in de buurt. Een echte aanrader'

'We had room 104 and the table and chairs are really filthy. And the bathroom the showerfloor was broken. Luckily we had to showers so we could shower in the other one. The second bathroom was beter. The kitchensink made a lot of noise during the night. So one of the rooms we would rent again but the room with the kitchen never again a specially with the kids. The size of the room is really good and location next to the metro as well. The women at the counter was really nice and helpfull'

'This stay was convenient to restaurants and it's about a 45-minute walk to the historic area. We appreciated the balcony and cozy bedrooms, which worked ok for 4 people. Getting into the building was a little frustrating because it was all done using our phones, yet our internet was inconsistent so it was hit or miss whether we could unlock the building door and then the apartment door. But everything else about the stay was positive, so five stars. '

'Spacious flat, everything needed for the stay, easy to find, quick access, great restaurants nearby. Take a t-towel as that was needed. Would have welcomed a second sofa or extra two chairs in living room - would have made stay even better. Metro across the street, supermarket next door or carrefour 5 min walk which opens later. Road noise noticeable but not bad, some building work out back but not loud to disturb with doors closed - both these seemed common everywhere in Rome to be honest...

'While the property itself for very nice, its location is not as convenient as it seems. It is located in south trastevere which requires you to still uber/public transport into the main trastevere area.'
