'It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them'

'This a nice Italian style hotel with very friendly personal. Every day the airconditioned room was cleaned up with new towels. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices of different food. The swimmingpool was clean and very comfortable. It was not very clear if there was an entree fee for the pool, but at the end the fee was only for external users and free for the hotel guests.
