The entrance area has enough space to hang up jackets and the like. The flat is cleverly designed so that every square centimeter is used optimally, making you feel as if you are standing right in the living room. A cozy, blue fabric sofa invites you to relax and can be transformed into a full-size queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in one move. A Samsung TV disguised as a painting makes for relaxed film evenings. The square dining table seats four people and is paired with four comfortable green fabric chairs. Two full-size beds concealed in the wardrobe can also be folded down easily. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. The kitchen is functionally equipped and has a hob with an oven and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A small dishwasher makes tidying up easier by eliminating the need for tedious hand washing. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC, complemented by wall heating to keep towels dry. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view over the roofs of Saas-Fee and the mountains.

The flat is only 200 steps away from the car park. This eliminates the need for expensive, tedious taxi journeys to transport your luggage. Shopping facilities are available directly on site.
