'When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.'

'We will never return here. Our stay-cation/ granddaughter's 10th bday was a disaster.indoor pool was not open. I spent hours looking for the perfect place to book a room. Several hotels whose indoor pools were closed had a line thru pool so you would know it was not available. This hotel did not. I was not able to get refunded or transfer to another Holiday inn.'

'No hot fresh breakfast as described. Fan in room made loud noise and wiggled like it was going to come off the celing so we didnt use it. Lotion broken off the wall in the bathroom. Staff was rude when asked about getting a box of klenex. '

'The room smelled horrible and was very unclean. The room was not at all what was advertised nor did we know the elevator was broken and we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Ended up leaving because we were so uncomfortable with the room. '

First time opening door to room it appeared clean until I pulled down the sheets. Pillows were very old, flat, stained 3 across. I just slept ontop of comforter with my own throw.
