'The hotel location is great near restaurants and specialty shops. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel needs to focus on its maintenance specifically in the bathroom area. In our second day we had to change rooms due to no hot water in our room. The front desk staff assisted with our issue right away. Free parking was great.'

'We recently visited Great Wolf Lodge in the Pocono Mountains, and overall we had a wonderful experience. It was especially nice to have a warm indoor water park during the cold weather. Most importantly, my 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved it and had an amazing time, which made the trip very worthwhile for our family.
