'The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked.
Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal.
Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom entrance was tiny and so was the...

'everything was nice and new. There were 2 problems: expedia customer service. If I had to rate it, it would be 0 points. The other problem was that the central air conditioning was a bit loud when we slept in the living room. The hosts were very nice and attentive, they responded very quickly on WhatsApp, we got water, kv, little things that we didn't have elsewhere, and it was very nice. 'Excellent! A quiet, well-equipped, and clean accommodation, exactly as the pictures show. It is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. It is right on the edge of the old section of Mola, mere steps from Piazza XX Settembre.The proprietor is friendly and went out of his way to be helpful when we arrived later than we expected.
