'Great stay'

'I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.'

'The location was perfect with plenty of offstreet parking. Just steps away from excellent restaurants in Irish pubs. The apartment was adorable and a little funky. I loved it.'

'The heat was out and we weren’t notified until we were already in the place and only because I asked how to turn the heater up. There was only hot water on the day we arrived, although the owner came and checked the boiler and said it was working. No hot water so unable to shower for two nights. No window covering in the living room. The third bed was described as a futon/couch. It was barely sleep able. Not enough extra blankets with the heat being out.
