« This was a nice place to stay. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. The room had comfortable beds with several pillow choices. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels as well as shampoo and conditioner and soap. I was impressed that as large as the building was, there were plenty of elevators, so we were never left waiting for one to come up or down. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was good. Close enough to the strip without the crowds and noise of being on...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. »

« Buffett breakfast had variety of options the only thing was the drink bar was hard to get the cranberry juice out. But everything else was top notch, food was always loaded at the bar. Clean rooms, quiet, big screen TV. »

« Did not know there was no elevstor. I am 76 and have neuropathy in my feet. However the manager took my heavy bag to the room for me and put it back in my car when we left. He couldn’t have been any better. »
