'Room condition is very bad. Broken bathrooms. Overall hotel is very clean and staff behaviour is ok. Food options is very less. Not worth the price that you pay online. What I realised is that there is a big difference in online and direct hotel price. I booked from Expedia and I was offered exactly half the price of the rooms at the hotel. '

'The location is good near highway side. the reception staffs, restaurant people , security all are well supporting kind people. The food at restaurant is great. Room is big and have sufficient amenities. Overall a safe and pleasant stay'

'The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay...

'Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night.'

'We had a nice stay although experienced some hiccups initially including their main restaurant being outside their main bldg was not convenient to steer around with my senior mom. Staff at the front door, buffet restaurant, housekeeping/ cleaning were super helpful. Given a five star expectation was more.'
