'A lovely spacious home for our group. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The location was good with easy walking to beaches and restaurants. The manager promptly attended to a minor repair issue.'

Sehr viel Platz, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und großem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Für den Hund standen auch 2 Näpfe da! Das einzige Manko war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer, leider etwas durchgelegen. 'Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das perfekt ausgestattet war, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und haben auf jede Anfrage sofort geantwortet. Wir hätten uns immer an sie wenden können. Das war aber nicht nötig, da es keinerlei Probleme gab. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht! 'This house was an absolute pleasure to stay in. You can really see that the owners love this house, the furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, everything was perfect. We stayed here with a group of 8, there are enough bedrooms for everyone and in and outside of the house there is enough space to take some time for yourself. 'Naast de drie hogergenoemde punten, springen in het oog: uitgebreid en heel persoonlijk ontvangst van de huiseigenaar, mogelijkheid hem tijdens verblijf hulp te vragen (woont vlakbij, maar niet nodig gehad), ruime parkeerplaats. Bakker en Casino (=grootwarenhuis) op 4 minuten wandelafstand. Strand (900 m) en Oud-Antibes (ruim 20 minuten wandelen) redelijk dichtbij, in praktijk toch meestal de auto genomen.'

'Owner tried charging full deposit without reason/proof. Cameras in house AND bedrooms !! Very nice cottage, with beautiful views. Unfortunately, also a very dishonest owner who tries to deprive his guests of the full deposit without meeting them even 1 time. Damage that was already there, he tries to get his guests to fix it. 'The property was clean, tidy and looked nicer than the pictures on the listing. The grounds were great for the kids and pool was perfect, plenty of entertainments for adults and children, tennis court just topped it all off. Would highly recommend!'

'Het huis van Penny in de heuvels rondom Grasse is prachtig. De uitzicht naar de zee geeft rust en gelegenheid om echt bij te komen. Het wisselt iedere dag en men kan er niet genoeg van krijgen. Verder hebben we genoten van het huis, de plek , de pool en natuurlijj alle leuke plekken die men aan de Côte d’Azur wil zien. De meesten binnen een half uur te bereiken. Hierdoor hebben we echt heel veel gezien! Een aanrader!!'
