'My husband and I stayed in this property for 10 days. It was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The train passes very near but it goes so quick that it doesn’t bother, and they don’t run in the evenings. The famous 100 steps was an excellent exercise that we did every other day. 'Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. 'We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. 'We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in mei 2023. Wij waren met 3 gezinnen, waaronder 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en op de mooiere dagen kon er dan ook al prima gezwommen worden. Het huis is een beetje verouderd (bedden, een aantal badkamers en de keuken), maar verder groot en ruim opgezet. Het huis is wel ruim, goed ingedeeld, met genoeg slaap- en badkamers voor 11 personen. 'Hartelijke ontvangst, koele dranken, fruit en cupcakes in ijskast. Ruim appartement, dit was ons tweede verblijf daar. Gelegen in een rustige wijk vlak bij het dorp. Voor fietsliefhebbers: de beklimmingen van de Col de Turini en de Col de Braus beginnnen bij het buitenrijden van het dorp.'

'Erg leuk huis met mooi zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer aardig. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig, maar alles is aanwezig. Handig dat er een wasmachine is en een dubbele koelkast. Verbeteringen: Het huis mist airconditioning ook al is het huis goed geïsoleerd. Het was erg warm (35+ graden) in de week dat wij er waren. Het zwembad is niet omheind en dat vind ik met kleine kinderen niet erg veilig. Positief is de locatie! Prachtig uitzicht over Annecy...

'Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated.'

'Klein, maar leuk appartement op een super mooie locatie. Hoog in de bergen, dus eigen auto is noodzakelijk! Binnen 15 a 45 minuten heel veel leuke bezienswaardigheden te bereiken, zoals Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze. Smal, maar leuk balkon waar je met 4 personen buiten kunt eten en/of lekker kunt zitten. 'The location has a great advantage and a disadvantage. It's near the train station It's technically in France but in walking distance of the casinoes etc - Wifi was very bad in my room (2nd floor). Sometimes there was a connection but it dropped suddenly, of sometimes I couldn't even make the connection at all. Switching to 4G was difficult as well, because it's on the border of EU and non-EU. Breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!'
