Cosy cottage near Roussillion, air-conditioned, 14m heated pool, large grounds.

This cosy cottage is your ideal getaway in Provence, just 5 minutes from the famous town of Roussillon, it can sleep up to 4 and is airconditioned throughout.  

Outside there is a shaded dining terrace with a view through to the 14m heated pool (available from May to the end of September).

The cottage is open plan with the kitchen dining and salon on the lower floor and a mezzanine bedroom above and a bedroom beyond.  Light pours in from the large patio doors out onto the dining terrace.

The lower floor also has a shower room and separate w.c.

The kitchen is ideal for preparing meals away from home and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine, coffee comes from a Nespresso machine or traditional electric coffee machine.

In the open plan living area there is a round table with seating for 5 and then beyond is the lounge area witha large comfortable sofa and chair.  For entertainment there is a 4k Android enabled smart TV so that you can use your favourite apps like Netflix, Prime etc.

The Mezzanine bedroom overlooks the room below and has a 160cm bed and built in wardrobe.  It also has a large air conditioning unit which cools the space and the room below.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds or a 160cm double (as preferred).  Here there is an air conditioning unit just for this room.

The cottage is joined to the main house on the property, but separated by an inner courtyard to ensure privacy, the large grounds (8000m2) and pool are shared with the owner (a family of 4) but privacy and discretion can be maintained where required.

In the grounds there are plenty of spaces to sit and relax, swing in a hammock, play some boules, swim some lengths and generally unwind in the countryside setting, and also several places for eating in the grounds and picnicking.

There are plenty of great trails around for walking and mountain biking, great villages for exploring like Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes.

These villages offer great dining experiences and some fine wines from the region, just ask your host for some suggestions.
