The check-in was weird. It was a virtual check in kiosk and while checking other people walked into the small entrance way and could overhear my personal info. I wasn’t told where to go in the hotel, whether or not there was an elevator. Wasn’t told that the hottub was down for maintenance: had no clue that breakfast was included because it wasn’t noted. Lack of customer service.
