The Space:

Our “Schmuckstück” holiday flat offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay, with a generous 92 m² of living space on the ground floor. Freshly renovated in 2023, the flat sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for families, with extras such as a cot, high chair, changing table and emergency exit.

The flat has three separate bedrooms, where you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep on comfortable beds (one 140x200 cm, one 160x200 cm and one with two single beds). In the living area (with high-quality vinyl/design flooring), you’ll find a flat-screen TV with cable connection, internet access and a laptop-friendly workspace complete with a desk.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and microwave are all on hand for evenings spent cooking together. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a hairdryer.

A particular highlight is the 40 m² outdoor area. The enclosed, fenced-in terrace is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, as well as a table and seating – ideal for cosy barbecues in the open air.



Guest Access:

Exclusive use of the accommodation: During your stay, you will have the entire 92 m² holiday flat on the ground floor, including a 40 m² garden, to yourself. You will not have to share any rooms with other guests.

The staircase is shared.

You will have access to a lockable bicycle storage room in the building where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is situated on Leonhardstraße in the 18057 postcode area. This very central city location, right in the heart of Rostock’s lively, trendy Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt (KTV) district, is ideal for getting around. Numerous restaurants and a wide range of shopping options are all within easy walking distance. There’s plenty to do in your free time too: the famous Rostock Zoo and fishing spots are nearby. The nearby city harbour on the River Warnow is a lovely place for a stroll, and getting to the Baltic Sea is straightforward too, as the flat is close to the beach.



Getting Around:

The flat boasts excellent transport links. You’ll benefit from direct access to public transport via the bus and other local services, allowing you to explore Rostock and the surrounding area at your leisure.

If you’re travelling by car, you can use free on-street parking spaces. For cyclists, the building offers a convenient and lockable storage facility in the on-site cycle room. There’s also a coin-operated launderette in the immediate neighbourhood, which you can use as and when you need to during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
