Located in the northern part of Roseto, directly on the seafront, it is just a stone’s throw from all the amenities available during the summer season. Covered outdoor area with tables and chairs for dining al fresco. There is also a reserved parking area for two cars, located outdoors but fenced in and accessible through an automated gate
Guest access
It features a large, well-maintained communal garden enclosed from the outside, allowing your children to play safely (subject to the condominium’s rules). From the condominium’s garden, you can walk along an avenue, cross the seaside road, and reach Roseto Beach directly
