A dream vacation with his family in this charming villa with a private pool.



In the main dwelling, there is a living-dining room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Roses Bay.



The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for your vacation comfort, including a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, water kettle,...)



On the same floor, there are 2 double rooms, one of them with a 1.80x2m bed and the other with a 1.60x1.90m bed, one is en suite with a private bathroom and shower.

There is another bathroom with a shower across from the rooms.



Going out to the terrace via exterior stairs, we descend to the independent studio with a double room with a 1.50x1.90m bed and a small attic of approximately 1.5m in height, ideal for a not very tall teenager and with a 1.20x2m bed. The studio does NOT have air conditioning, but fans are available.



It has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room, but you should know that within the rental price, about 15kw of daily consumption are included. In case of exceeding this, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, which will be indicated in the rental contract.

We remind you that air conditioners tend to quickly cool the room if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave them running if you are not at home.



The Wifi is included in the price.



The house has a parking space outside for 2 cars (not private).

The technician comes once a week.
