'Rosalie Bay Eco Resort is amazing! Our family of 4 stayed for more than a week (7years old and 16 years old son) and we LOVED every aspect of the property. Upon our arrival an attentive letter was awaiting us and I loved the details with the fresh flowers all over the room. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom (with tub) in our suite was amazing. 'I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture .'

'The property owner is amazing !! I traveled by myself and she made me feel welcomed and also assisted on trip suggestions and arranged taxi rides for me.
The property was very clean, neat and cozy. The restaurant underneath my room was convenient and served amazing food . The location was perfect for my stay '

'This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. 'Accommodation itself is outdated. But very nice beds and super clean rooms with new ac’s. Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. Pool is nice. Food in restaurant is very good.

'Good and pleasant small hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, reasonably good restaurant, great sunset view from the little terrace in front of my room. My WiFi worked perfectly, as did the AC and fridge. Did not try the tv. Shower and towels may need an upgrade in some years. '
