  • Rustig en comfortabel appartement met twee slaapkamers.
    Gezellig schoon familie appartement
    Lift, volledig voorzien van airconditioning.
    Gratis WiFi / tv Familie bekijken 1300 + kanalen.
    Slaapkamer 1 heeft een tweepersoonsbed en slaapkamer 2 heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden.
    Inclusief een terras (grote tafel en 6 stoelen). Nieuw ingerichte wenteltrap leidt naar een dak met 2 ligbedden voor de hele dag zonnebaden en douche om af te koelen. Speciale zorg vereist met kinderen alstublieft.
    Elektrisch wordt lokaal betaald. 3/4 € Euro max per dag
    360 graden uitzicht op strand en bergen.
    Slechts 3 minuten lopen naar 17 km promenade (met een strand met blauwe vlag)
     die leidt naar de haven en het kasteel, het natuurreservaat en watersporten met veel tapasbars en geweldige restaurants langs de weg.
    Supermarkt aan de overkant van de weg en hotels op 5 minuten lopen voor avondentertainment.
    Koffie- / bierbar met WiFi tegenover de voordeur.
    Mario waterpark 12 minuten rijden.
    Go Karting en winkelcentrum Gran Plaza. 18-holes golfbaan op 10 min. Dr
     6 golfbanen in dit gebied.
    Geen auto nodig. Er is een busroute net buiten de hoofdingang van het appartement.
    Elektrisch wordt lokaal betaald.
    Ryanair dient nu Almeria Airport. transfer naar Roquetas De Mar (30 min) vanaf € 40.

    Als u een auto huurt, hebt u veel meer vluchtopties die naar Malaga of Murcia luchthavens vliegen, dan twee uur rijden naar het appartement.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war hervorragend, besonders die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben problemlos funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Great location

The apartment was in an ideal location with lots of places to eat and drink within a 5 min walk. Also great to have a pool onsite and a beach only a 3-4 min walk. Apartment was clean and with everything you need. Overall a great stay

Great holidays in the sun

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Lovely views and nice terrace. Plenty of towels, and well equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owner.

Superbe séjour

Logement très propre parfaitement adapté pour 4 personnes. 3 minutes à pieds de la plage. Propriétaire adorable et répondant rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande ce logement !

Séjour en couple

L appartement est vraiment à deux pas de la plage : baignades et balades sont favorisées. La location est modeste mais tout y est et la terrasse est grande. Les petits commerces sont à proximité, inutile de prendre la voiture.

Vacaciones en Roquetas

En general todo bien para pasar unos días agradables en la playa (que está muy cerca). Se agradece el aire acondicionado (aunque el dormitorio de los niños no enfriaba bien). El apartamento estaba limpio menos la terraza, que no la usamos por ese motivo y porque hacía calor.calor.haciamucho calor.

A very nice summer vacation!

We as a family had a great stay in the apartment. It was clean and had everything you need. The local apartment manager was friendly and very helpful. So we can only agree with the many other positive reviews. Pauline and Frank are very nice and caring hosts. In short, we would love to go back again soon!

La calidad precio de este apartamento es perfecta,tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones además de aire acondicionado,la terraza está genial y aparte tiene un solarium arriba con ducha para remojarte,se aparca bastante bien y la casa está bien equipada. Las únicas pegas podrían ser a modo de mejora que la nevera no enfría demasiado y que a veces salen unas pequeñas hormigas por alguna encimera..

A very satisified customer.

I had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. It was clean,bright and spacious with a balcony and rooftop for extra space. The location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to the beach,supermarket, restaurants and tourist shops where one can buy everything one needs.I would recommend this apartment to friends and would definitely like to return there again sometime. Thank you.

Ideal location, close to all amenities.

We had a great time in Roquetas de Mar, it's an ideal location to go to as it's a little quieter than other sun holiday areas which suited us perfectly. We took day trips to Almería and Granada which were both easy to travel to from the apartment. Everything was very easy to access in the area and we felt very safe and welcome all through the week. This apartment is ideally located and the lift, WiFi and AirCon are all definite advantages. Plenty of space for four people both inside and out with all the necessary utensils, mod cons etc. The shower is very powerful and having Irish channels on the televisions was an added bonus. We really did have a great week and we were very impressed at how close everything was and how friendly everyone was to us in the restaurants, bars etc. We also loved the fact that we were the only Irish people in the whole area! Thanks to Frank and Pauline for their exceptional care and attention. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from the sea.

Well maintained apartment with all mod cons and a roof which gets the sun all day long ...sunbather’s paradise. Great tapas bars and restaurants close by and 18km. promenade which affords as much or as little exercise (walking or cycling ) to those inclined.would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Airy 2 bed apartment with large rooftop terrace.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with all amenities in a quiet area of Roquetas de Mar resort. Large Rooftop terrace with sun all day and beautiful views. Five minutes walk to the beach and promenade. Close proximity to a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment liegt nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Desweiteren gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man gute Verbindungen in die nähere Umgebung hat, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Ausflüge kann man im den Hotels buchen. Wir können die Tour nach Cabo de Gata empfehlen. Wunderschöne Naturlandschaft und Dörfer. Das Apartment hat einen sehr großen Balkon und eine tolle Dachterrasse, die beide einen schönen Meerblick bieten. Der Strand und die Promenade sind wunderschön. Man kann kilometerweit spazieren gehen. Frank, der Besitzer vom Apartment organisiert auf Wunsch einen wirklich günstigen Transfer vom Flughafen in Almeria. Dr Fahrer ist sehr nett und hat uns viele Informationen über Roquetas gegeben. Unsere Kinder fanden natürlich den Pool ganz toll. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt. Wir empfehlen das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter.

Excellent property in great location

Great property with sea views. Fantastic roof terrace, in good complex with communal pool . cafes and bars nearby. Shops, beach and lovely long promenade within 3 minute walk. I would Highly recommend this property.
