  • 4 slaapkamer huis met zwembad, sauna, garage, groot terras met een overdekte eetkamer en een terras met prachtig uitzicht op Ronda en het landschap. Gelegen op een paar minuten lopen van de vele bezienswaardigheden van Ronda, honderden restaurants, bars en winkels en een trein- en busstation. Het huis is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Ronda en de rest van Andalusië op elk moment van het jaar.

    Er is een groot terras, ideaal om buiten te eten, bij het zwembad aan de achterkant van het huis. De keuken / eetkamer heeft een uitschuifbare eettafel geschikt voor grote groepen. Er is een grote comfortabel ingerichte woonkamer.

    Alle slaapkamers zijn van een goede grootte en het huis is geschikt voor 8 personen. Hoewel het oud lijkt, passend in de lokale straten, werd het eigenlijk gebouwd in 2005 en heeft het overal vloerverwarming en airconditioning.

    De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een ensuite badkamer en er is een extra badkamer en een toilet beneden.

    Het huis ligt in een schilderachtige omgeving, op slechts een korte loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Er zijn tal van plaatsen om te eten en te drinken voor de deur.

Wonderful place in wonderful neighborhood in wonderful Ronda!

We were here for a month, were very comfortable, and loved every minute of it! The owner was very responsive and nice! Gorgeous spot on earth!

Magical Ronda

We loved our stay in this spacious home in beautiful Ronda. The home is located in a great neighbourhood and walking distance to restaurants, the Old Town & supermarkets. We were here in winter & were very comfortable re: temperature. It would be a lovely place to stay in warmer months as well.

Lovely house in a fine, quiet neighborhood

This was an excellent stay in an amazing town. Isabel was a gracious host; we had excellent communication and she had many local helpers in town who came promptly to assist us with various tasks around the house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. The beds are excellent, with cozy down comforters. We were very pleased!

We were a party of four in our early 60’s who travel often together. it was our first trip to Spain. We enjoyed our stay in Ronda. The house was in an easy location to walk to the old and new city areas. it was centrally located to the excursions we had planned in the area.

Pleasing everyone!

We had a great week in Ronda. Being within a short walk of old and new parts of Ronda and also having a pool to cool down in the July heat made this the ideal base to be with our daughters (17 and 20). Lots of space and air conditioning were a bonus.

Ubicación fabulosa en Ronda

Pasamos una semana estupenda en esta casa en Ronda. Esta situada en una posición ideal para recorrer la ciudad y hacer turismo a pie. Muchos restaurantes y bares cerca y un supermercado y tiendas a menos de 5 minutos andando. La casa tiene de todo y no hay ruidos. Es amplia y cómoda. Y Ronda es una ciudad preciosa!

One week stay in Ronda

My family of four (two teenage daughters) visited Ronda and stayed in 28 Calle Penas. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was really good, the only challenge was the steep hill on the way to town! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. It was a great base camp for our day trips to Marbella, Sevilla, Cadiz, and Zahara de la Sierra.

When we booked this we had never been to this part of Spain and had no idea if we could even spend 4 days in a relatively small town. The house was as amazing in person as it seems by the pictures. The town of Ronda is just adorable. The pool was chilly to adults, but the kids powered through and loved every minute of it. The house was peaceful and perfectly located near enough to restaurants and shops, but not too close. The host and the local contact were amazingly responsive and really made the trip. Warning that there may not be a single flat step in the city, but that kind of makes up for the amazing food and drink. The beds slept really, really well, and the blackout curtains made sure that our "solar-powered kids" slept in past sunrise. We could have easily spent 2 weeks there and would have been thrilled--there was so much good food, hiking, and biking to do that we never got to. This house is *the* place to be, so if you don't book it now be prepared to regret it.

Beautiful Ronda

The location of the house is very close to town. The part of town where the house is on a fairly steep hill so keep that in mind if you have climbing issues. The in floor heating is amazing. The water pressure was good with adequate hot water. I would have loved to use the pool. It must be great in the summer. We had an Internet issue which was taken care of quickly. And the most important thing: I would definitely stay there again..wasadequate.n

Spacious home in a great location in Ronda

Our family enjoyed our stay in this very nice house in Ronda. The house was very clean and well-equipped with a small swimming pool. It is in a great location with wonderful views from two of the bedrooms and the living room. The house itself is somewhat dark but has a lovely patio by the pool. The location is in a less touristy part of town with good access to grocery stores and restaurants. The main part of town is within easy walking distance. Ronda is hilly so be prepared to walk up and down to access different parts of the town. The parking is tight with limited space for getting in and out of the garage. Our only disappointment was the limited number of towels for our party of five and no bath gel or shampoo. But on the whole this was a very nice place to stay and would be a very good home base for any family or group wanting to explore Ronda and the surrounding hill towns.

Lovely Home in Lovely Ronda

This home in Ronda was perfect for out family group. From the get-go, Julio met us exactly on time, and took us on a thorough tour of the property, and he also gave us some very helpful information about the town, recommendations for restaurants, grocery store etc. The 2-car garage was a real boon, as it can be so hard to park in these hill towns. Some vacation rentals can be so neutral and IKEA in feel, but this home is super comfortable and very Spanish in decor and feel, and really added to our pleasure and ability to have a real authentic stay in Ronda. A+++!
