The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.

The apartment is located between the well-known and loved neighbourhood of Trastevere and Monteverde, a residential area of Rome near the Tiber river. The Historic centre of Rome is easily reached by tram No. 8. On entering the house, the sleeping area is divided from the living area. To the right, there is the bathroom with the bedroom, a small corridor and there is the living room with the kitchenette and a French window to exit to the garden.

The living room has a sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), a television corner, a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system. From the living room there is access to the garden. The washing machine is located in a cupboard outside , on the steps (4 steps) going down to the garden .

The bedroom entering on the right has one double bed (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning,

The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.

The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a shower cubin.
