A Perfect Hotel Visit
As tourists in Rome we found the Regency very convenient, in a nice safe walkable area. The staff were excellent friendly helpful and professional. The modern hotel and our room were incredibly clean and tidy. Our European sized room was quiet and very comfortable and well designed. The Heat / AC allowed us to set a comfortable temperature and it's really noiseless. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic. Quiet room and AC. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Exceptionally clean. Very nice and complete breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

It was an Oasis
Easy check in beautiful hotel. After a long rough day of flight delays it was great to stay here comfortably. Like an Oasis when you have been traveling all day and night. Staff very friendly.

The property was very clean. The beds are small - twin size beds. I expected a double sized beds or a king size bed. Booked superior room with king size bed but was given regular room with twin beds the first night yet charged same amount for all 3 nights. Also when I booked on Expedia, the rate was lower than I was charged today.

Hotel was decent ,location 15 mins by car or 25 mins walking to via del Corsa,or 10 mins in the car to the main centre… The check in was smooth ,and the night duty reception was also warm..except there was vibration in the floor and shakiness whenever a very heavy vehicle passed Infront of the building ..which was scary….housekeeping was efficient ..but at the time of check out,the hotel has already booked a taxi upon a confirming a day before which we had said no to..some miscommunication,I think owing the language clarity but the hotel lady was very oblivious to the fact that we had not booked it and said she had got this info…and said a penalty will be charged..not very hospitable…will not stay th second time..as it was jot clearly inbthe city x

Hôtel correct
L'hôtel est agréable et propre ! Il se situe au centre historique. Le petit déjeuner propose jambon, fromage, yaourt, confitures, croissants. Si vous voulez des oeufs ou du lard, il vous faudra payer en plus ! Vu le prix du petit déj..... Surplus final : la taxe communale est de 12€ par jour. Aucun tri n'est effectué au sein de l'hôtel ou demandé aux clients ! De plus les lumières des balcons sont allumés automatiquement tous les soirs sans que le client ne puisse les éteindre. Quel dommage.

Lovely 4 star boutique hotel. Terrific staff, the intimate dining area is great for breakfast, lunch and drinks. My room was efficiently decorated with a countertop desk area and chair, coffee machine and mini bar, great closet area and drawer space---the king bed was super comfortable! The bathroom is spacious with great shelving for personal care items.

Please note that all our electrical outlets are settled to stand in only when properly pushed, this has been made in accordance to security rules properly followed and applied by the major and important Hotel companies to preserve children and adult safety, our rooms have been thought and designed to offer style and good look together with comfort to our guests. The luggage rack are present in the room as well as empty spaces in the open wardrobe to place bags and trolley. The bedroom area and the bathroom are well equipped with lamps placed in different points also to allow not having to always illuminate the whole room if not necessary, plus both bedroom area and the toilette have a big window in. Next to the sink there is a shelf with three shelves and the beauty mirror has its own light. We would have been at your disposal to provide you with different pillows, we are sorry if the Simmons mattress suggested by Marriott did not satisfy your relax. These mattress are 30 centimeter high equipped with a topper. Marriott takes well care of our guests guaranteeing the same type of rest thanks to mattresses that have the same standards and brands everywhere, mattresses also available for people who wish to buy one as it often happens. We are sorry to read that the time spent with us did not exceed your expectations as our main mission is always to provide excellent experiences and ensure that our customers can keep good memories of their trip in Rome. I still did appreciate the time you dedicated to this feedback, your point of view can help us to better meet our guests' needs. Central location in Rome. It is a modern structure with really nice rooms. The customer service is excellent!!! ... from the reception, bar/restaurant to the people from housekeeping. It has a parking for the clients and the gym is very well equipped. We will surely come back the next time we go to Rome.

Il mio soggiorno al The Regency Rome è stato davvero piacevole. L'accoglienza al check-in è di gran livello, come la camera confortevole e luminosa. La prima colazione e' pari a quella di un 5 stelle. Quando tornerò a Roma, ritornerò al The Regency Rome. Esperienza da ripetere. Lo consiglio!

Albergo totalmente rinnovato dalle finiture estremamente eleganti ed al contempo moderne, ottima la colazione, molto vicino al centro di Roma, la zona e’ molto tranquilla, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale si è mostrato molto disponibile e garbato. Molto comodo anche Garage convenzionato a pochi metri.
