To work on.
The Hotel is very difficult to find. No signalisation. Further they do not full the soap on was empty in the shower. Toilet paper last roll and they did not full up. There was only a person to reach from 09:00 - 17:00.

Geweldig verblijf gehad, Antonio heeft ook een oplossing gezocht zodat we onze valiezen niet de hele dag hoefden rond te sleuren doordat we een late vlucht hadden. Grazie mille Antonio.

Beim Check-In war unglücklicherweise niemand vor Ort und wir mussten 20min warten bis jemand kam. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer Nr. 12 dass sich direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum befindet, somit war ab 7 Uhr nicht mehr an schlafen zu denken. Personal war freundlich, Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war sehr schön und groß. Günstige Option für einen Kurztrip.

Decent location to Piazza Popolo. Smallish room.No label on doorbell so outside waiting, the hotel guy across the way helped me. Lacking customer service. Hassle with checkin no mention of Expedia credit or breakfast or water. Hotel is responsible for updating Expedia. No toilet paper or paper holder in bathroom on arrival. Neglected to mention hidden button opening street level gate from inside knowing I was leaving 5am for airport. Would not stay again.

Tiene un ambiente cómodo y bonito. El espacio de la habitación es reducido. Fue complicado y desesperante llegar, en gran medida porque no podíamos acceder a nuestro celular pues acabábamos, como es obvio, de llegar a un nuevo país.

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but typical for Europe. Espresso was amazing!

George, the staff member who greeted us, was informative and helpful. We found the location to be lacking. The streets around it were not well lit, dirty, and the location was too far from places to eat or shop. The only thing we found convenient was the market which was limited. We never found laundry services and the elevator worked for one floor only. Thank goodness George helped us with the luggage. He was so nice. The room was clean and Ricardo asked us about our needs for towels. George called a taxi for us. Overall the room was nice but the location was awful. It cost us a lot for taxis and we did a lot of walking. I would rate the service and room as a 5 out of 10 stars and the location a 2 out of 10 stars. We did not get shuttle service like we thought which was listed as an available amenity. The elevator is limited. The location was just not good. Thank goodness for George! Breakfast because of timing (opened at 8) only worked for us one day and we had to rush. Most activities started or we had to leave earlier and missed it although it was included. It is our least favorite place during our 3 week vacation. A plus - the room was extremely clean and updated.

Buona location per il tribunale. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono e camera come da aspettative. Manca un piccolo boiler per consumare eventualmente in camera una bevanda calda. L’offerta dovrebbe comprendere sempre, secondo me, una minima colazione, ad esempio caffè e brioche. Bagno piccolo ma comunque ristrutturato. Acqua calda un pó tiepidina: bisognerebbe alzare la temperatura. In definitiva per brevi soggiorni è una location dove penso di tornare.

è stato tutto positivo l unica cosa che mi era stata promessa una bottiglia di prosecco a camera me ne stata data solo una bella mia stanza ma era prevista anche in quella di mio cognato al quale io ho offerto il viaggio alla fine ho donato la mia rimanendone senza l addetto alla struttura un signore no italiano di una gentilezza veramente speciale bravo ha rimediato lui offrendoci un caffè che comunque non valeva il buono di 15 euro promesso a camera x il quale ho scelto anche questo b b solo x questo siamo rimasti delusi come se ci fosse stata una presa in giro x il resto tutto okey

Atendimento sensacional de todos os funcionários , educados e extremante prestativos , quartos limpos , localização excelente , facilitou muito ter a opção da cozinha pois eu e minha mãe gostamos de tomar bastante café e lá tínhamos e opção de fazer nosso próprio café , foi ótimo porque tem um mercado ao lado também , único detalhe que me deixou um pouco insatisfeita foi a água do chuveiro não ficava tão quente e sim morna na hora do banho.

Boendet var fräscht och fint, vi tyckte även sängar var bra. Samt att vi då bodde väldigt centralt till det vi ville se som Vatikanen, Coloseum, m.fl. Trevlig personal som var behjälpliga med vad vi önskade.

All around Amazing
This place was beyond out expectations! The room was beyond spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to all major activities within Venice. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a great time at the bar located within our hotel. The bar hostess (Umair) was excellent in keeping us entertained. All around good times indeed.

La struttura offre, come scritto nei dettagli, il servizio di check-in fino alle ore 20. Arrivato in struttura alle 19.20 ho dovuto attendere fuori dalla porta 20 minuti prima che si presentasse qualcuno per darmi le chiavi della camera. Ho richiesto via whatsapp la ricevuta fiscale per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno ma non l’ho ricevuta. Il wi-fi nella camera dove soggiornavo non prendeva adeguatamente. Al check-out non era presente nessuno ed ho lasciato le chiavi ad un addetto alle pulizie presente in una delle altre stanze.

Buongiorno, quelli che lei chiama addetti alle pulizie sono i nostri collaboratori che fanno i check in e check out e che sono arrivati 5 minuti dopo la telefonata. La nostra guesthouse è ogni giorno è frequentata da turisti stranieri ed italiani che l'apprezzano. . Per il wifi che non ha la banda che lei desiderava controlleremo Mi risulta inoltre che il nostro collaboratore ha rilasciato regolare scontrino fiscale. The room size, the bathroom and cleanliness are all very good. The downside is that you either get a quiet room in the back of the building with views of walls, or a room with a the river and trees but on a very noisy street with windows that are not soundproof. A very unfriendly surprise was the 15 Euros you will have to pay if you arrive after 20:00, and the lack of TV channels in English. It is the kind of making profit off customers I will not go back to.

Pros: walkable location, clean room, staff at the property was nice/helpful, let me store luggage after checkout. Cons: poor response time via messaging apps (tried several times on different apps they advertise usage on), airport shuttle is not truly available if requested therefore false advertising OR it’s only for specific times which is not communicated clearly.

Unfortunately, there was no promised breakfast and no notice about it, answer to questioning this „Get back to Expedia about it“. Furthermore, there is no shuttle service „taxi is good“ was the service oriented answer and we had to ask for the water boiler and bathroom supplies as well. Nevertheless, it was clean, comfortable bed and good neighbourhood for walking through Rome and having breakfast or dinner out, supermarket right next door.

The property was located in a fantastic neighborhood! Easy walking and a grocery next door! Staff cleaned the room every day! Check in was easy and communication was great! Will stay at this location every time we visit Rome! Great staff, close to Transpotation, shopping, and restaurants!

No cuentan con personal suficiente, ni preparado, personal que no habla inglés para atender a cualquiera, me atendieron con una aplicación de traductor, no pueden cuidar tu equipaje porque no hay personal en el hotel todo el tiempo, por lo mismo me tuvieron 15 minutos esperando en la calle para hacer el check in. Trataron de ser amables, pero no cubrieron mis necesidades.

Nice room, air conditioning was important in the summer, right next to the river, central location with easy access to key sites/attractions. Supermarket next door if you need one - really enjoyed my stay.

Un buon soggiorno
La posizione è perfetta si raggiungono facilmente diverse attrazioni. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e mi ha consigliato dei ristoranti. La camera aveva accesso al balcone, era pulita e di buone dimensioni. Ho parcheggiato senza difficoltà nelle strisce blu.
