Dear Linh,we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience with us. We have different kind of rooms and suites and the one you chose is one of the smallest (with the exact measurements on the website for anyone to see). Also, the hotel is only 4 years old and is refreshened and renovated annually, so we truly do not understand the "dated" comment. Same goes for our location. We are close to Fiumicino Airport but not so close that we are in that chaotic area, enjoying our little piece of green and quiet. Which, of course, is not something a hotel located at the entrance of the aiport can provide. To anyone their preferences, I guess.
