Buonasera,il termine ''terribile'' sembra esagerato davvero ,inutile dire che ci dispiace molto per l'accaduto ,la stanza e' stata prontamente fatta al vostro rientro,lo scarafaggio spesso capita di ritrovarselo anche dentro le nostre case nei mesi estivi ,insomma puo' capitare.Capisco comunque il disappunto.Vi auguro buona serata e vi chiediamo ancora scusa per l'accaduto.
