Goed bevallen, nieuw hotel
Dit nieuwe hotel is mij goed bevallen, het is eenvoudig, maar ziet er goed en schoon uit. Het personeel is prettig en zeer correct. Men spreekt redelijk tot goed Engels. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het strand en bij eetgelegenheden. Er is een shuttle verbinding met het vliegveld, vandaar, kan men in een half uurtje in Rome zijn

Prima bevallen!
Prima hotel, klein maar in zeer goede staat. Heel comfortabel, goed internet. En op nog geen tien minuten rijden van het vliegveld. Tien minuten van het publieke strand en een half uurtje van het centrum van Rome.. Wij sliepen hier met een gezin van 4 personen.

This hotel is a good fit if you are looking to stay near the airport as we were in our final day in Italy before heading back to the states. The staff was helpful and generally quite kind, and the hotel room was clean and neat. It's quite a drab building with no extra amenities, but close to some good restaurants and cocktail bars. There is no laundry (it says they have laundry on several booking websites), so keep that in mind if that's something you're looking for (again we were at the end of our vacation). The breakfast was good - some light fruit and pastries and they have a coffee bar that was also quite good. Checkin and checkout was quick, and we were also able to book a shuttle (8 euro/person) to the airport which was very convenient. It's about a 10 minute drive to the airport, so again this is a good spot if that's what you're looking for.

The triple room was cute and clean but very small- had to open large suitcases on the beds. Bathroom was clean except for mold in the corners of the shower and growing on the hair dryer cord. There seemed to be a smell in the bathroom that was being masked by a very strong air freshener. With the window closed, the air freshener was so overpowering by the middle of the night, I couldn’t sleep and ended up covering it with towels to try to contain the smell. Location was good for places to eat and proximity to the airport.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep prior to my long flight home. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Shuttle service to FCO was excellent.

We booked this (very reasonable) hotel as we wanted to stay near the airport to reduce stress on the following morning when we had relatively early flights. We knew that we were getting a modest airport hotel, and that's what Hotel Academy is. It met our expectations and served its purpose nicely. I suggest you arrive at the hotel at bedtime as there is nothing much to do/see/eat in the area. If you're looking for a clean, safe, value hotel near the airport, this hotel will deliver.

Small hotel... Quaint, quiet. Great place to stay. The desk clerk in the evening was above and beyond. My wife had family she never met come to meet her and the clerk Andrea went above and beyond to translate for us, offered to make us coffee and found a spot where we could be comfortable for my wife and her cousin to get aquainted. I will never forget he generosity !!!

Nice, clean basic accommodations close to airport. Just stayed overnight due to a 12 hour flight layover. The guy behind the counter was great. When I asked for a 5:45 wake-up call he informed me that they couldn't do that since there are no phones in the rooms, but he volunteered to knock on our door at 5:45....and he did, and with a big smile on his face. That's customer service (with a smile)

This hotel is good value for the price. We like that one can walk one block from it to the road along the river front and find many good dining options. Stayed here in 2017 and came back on this next trip. Transport to and from airport available for a reasonable price.

We stayed here on our last day in Rome before flying out. Our only regret is we didn’t stay 2 days as this is a sweet little fishing village and beach area to explore. Plus there is an ancient ruin area in Ostia Antica that we didn’t learn about until our taxi driver told us about it. And it was near the hotel. The staff couldn’t be nicer, the room was comfortable for our family and the shower was hot and just what we needed before flying out! They have a shuttle service and light breakfast available for a surcharge. All very reasonable. The restaurants nearby were inexpensive and good too!

Close to airport and easy check-in. Got in late from and very long flight and it was nice to have a clean room to get some rest. Breakfast was good (just don’t expect a large buffet style like in America). It does say laundry at facility on Expedia, which is incorrect. There is a laundry facility around the corner. Overall great place to stay and great location.

Unfortunately we were a party of 3 w limited options for Sunday night. Reviews were good BUT this is one step up I think from a hostel. Great towels, horrible beds and forget about putting anything in the bathroom as there is no place for your stuff! The shelf above the sink slants- only good for draping your towels.
