  • Ons luxe appartement ligt in een prestigieus gebouw uit de 18e eeuw, in het historische centrum van Rome, op slechts 100 meter van de Spaanse Trappen en de Trevifontein. Het is een appartement van 50 m² met een keuken, eethoek, een grote slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoonsslaapbank, en een badkamer met een aparte wasruimte met twee wastafels en een grote douche. Het is gerestaureerd met hoogwaardige materialen, met hardhouten vloeren en originele plafonds met houten balken. Het ligt op de derde verdieping zonder lift en is voorzien van alle gemakken: verwarming, airconditioning, internet, 2 tv’s (waarvan één van 40 inch), toiletartikelen en een föhn, plus keukengerei, een waterkoker, een Nespresso-apparaat, beddengoed en handdoeken.

    De toeristenbelasting bedraagt 6 euro per persoon per nacht en moet bij aankomst contant worden betaald.
    Bij inchecken na 22.00 uur wordt bij aankomst een toeslag van 25 euro contant gevraagd.

This beautiful, luxurious and serene apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is close to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gallery, yet is tucked away quiet and peaceful. The finishes create a luxury feel. We received great support and communication from Joey. Nice shops and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at the Holiday House in Rome. It is right around the corner from the Spanish Steps and shopping. If you enjoy walking the neighborhoods you are within 25 minutes walk of all major tourist destinations. Joey was a great host and an excellent communicator. Enjoy with peace of mind.

Great home base for Rome! Much more spacious than a hotel! Nice neighborhood near 2 metro stops. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great property!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s just as pictured and really clean and nice. Only thing to note, is if you are traveling with a good bit of luggage, this is not ideal as it’s on the 3rd floor and requires you to walk up/down 5-6 flights of stairs. Overall great property.

Excellent location. Joey is fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The street noise was nonexistent, which in Roma can be rare. Amazingly clean and well appointed.

The host was easily reached, gracious, incredibly helpful and efficient. The apartment was beautiful, fabulously decorated, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—- quiet with a beautiful garden view but so close to everything.

Wonderful little apartment!

Joey contacted us before arrival, so he could be there when we checked in and carried my suitcase up all the stairs. It is a very large one bedroom apartment and the location is wonderful, right near the Spanish Steps. Very comfortable bed and shower. Lots of room to spread out, and the air conditioner worked great, for our siesta in the middle of the very hot day. We highly recommend this apartment.

the vrbo was really nice and clean - great location - the hosts were great - just a little frustrating to not have hosts available close by - husband got sick and air stopped working for a bit - would have been nice if they could be there to help - but with a few phone calls back and forth we did get it back on and running - would stay again

Perfect rome

Best area in Rome to stay, 60 metres from the parking station. coffee shop & convenience store right across the road & a short walk to tourist attractions & restaurants. Fantastic unit for two people, spacious, clean & well appointed. Our host Joey could not be more helpful & even had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us on our arrival.
