Don't stay here...
Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually).

Comfort e serenità
Dovendo recarci a Roma, ed in particolare nella zona della Flaminia, con regolarità il Fleming Suites è diventato un punto fermo nei nostri soggiorni romani. Per vari motivi. Innanzitutto la praticità e la disponibilità nelle operazioni di check-in, poi per la tranquillità della location ed infine per il comfort delle stanze. In definitiva, sembra di essere nella propria casa.

Appartamento in zona residenziale molto carina. Servizi in stanza Di ottimo livello. Apprezzato il bollitore e snack per veloci colazioni. Arrivando in auto Purtroppo l’assenza di parcheggi pubblici ha causato disagio.... ma questo non è da imputare ai titolari dell’allora

Siamo davvero lieti di sapere che abbia apprezzato i servizi a lei proposti in struttura come il nostro welcome pack, composto da snack dolci e salati ma che non soddisfa appieno l'esigenze della prima colazione, in quanto non pensato in tal senso. Capiamo la difficoltà che ha riscontrato nel trovare parcheggio, purtroppo è un problema che accomuna tutta Roma, tuttavia le ricordo anche che è presente un parcheggio privato con il quale NON siamo convenzionati proprio alle nostre spalle. La mia esperienza è stata positiva nel complesso. Il titolare è molto disponibile. La zona è tranquilla con molti servizi a disposizione. Non essendo però una zona turistica, ma piuttosto residenziale, è difficile trovare ristoranti aperti la domenica sera, meglio quindi spostarsi in Corso di Francia (5 minuti a piedi), oppure verso la zona di Ponte Milvio rimanendo sempre su via Flaminia (10 minuti a piedi) dove sarà possibile trovare più offerta anche di domenica sera. L'unica pecca è secondo me la mancanza della prima colazione. Nelle camere è comunque presente il bollitore per potersi preparare un tè oppure un caffè con bustina solubile, e dei biscottini, fette biscottate più marmellata. Buona la pulizia.

GentiLe Cliente, siamo davvero lieti che si sia riservato del tempo per condividere la sua esperienza con noi. In vero, come riportato da Lei, essendo la zona piuttosto residenziale, non ci sono tutti i servizi nei giorni festivi che invece si possono trovare a Ponte Milvio o al centro, che rimangono comunque comodi da raggiungere a piedi o con l'autobus che passa proprio sotto la nostra struttura ogni 15/20 minuti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non essendo noi un B&B ma una Guest House, noi non serviamo proprio la colazione, questa è una cosa da tenere a mente quando si intende prenotare presso la nostra struttura. Speriamo vivamente di poterLa ospitare nuovamente in futuro, un caloroso saluto!

Unsure if this hotel should be called a hotel!
Check in at this place was a nightmare. We got there at about 7 and the receptionist had to call another office for us to check in. While we were waiting a lady came in and was yelling at the receptionist. He then takes us upstairs to the rooms and to pay. After 20 attempts to charge my credit card I left to get cash. Paid cash and at first was told I couldn't get a receipt. Another call to the other office I get a receipt. Rest of the stay was ok but feels like it's an apartment complex that someone bought four rooms together to rent out as a hotel. Bus stop near by that takes you to the train station and an awesome pizza place down the street.

Frühstück war ein schlechter Scherz
Man zahlt für Frühstück, bekommt aber lediglich einen Mini-Wasserkocher mit Instant-Kaffee/Cappuccino-Pulver zum selbst aufbrühenen. Zum Essen liegen im Zimmer - pro Person - eine Packung Zwieback (2 Stück), ein abgepacktes Croissant (handflächengröße u. pappsüß) und eine Packung Marmelade bereit. Messer - Fehlanzeige!!! Sauberkeit - naja... Für Teenies und Studenten mit minderem Buget - für 2 - 3 Nächte - schon in Ordnung. Ansonsten nicht zu Empfehlen!

Il diamante nell'erba
Il Fleming suite è il posto che non ti aspetti dove meno te lo aspetteresti. Situato a un chilometro o poco più da Ponte Milvio, con ottimi accessi a ristoranti e locali notturni è un posto tranquillo con un eccellente livello di servizi. Da consigliare sensa dubbio alcuno!

E' un buon bed and breakfast considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Di giorno è un pò difficile trovare un parcheggio, ma di sera si può trovare facilmente.

Cercavo urgentemente una sistemazione a Roma per un paio di notti e quando ho visto le foto mi sono sembrate troppo belle per un semplice B & B, ma poi quando le ho viste mi sono reso conto che erano anche meglio.

Fantastic service
We couldnt find a direct train/bus from Tiburtina to this hotel. So we called the hotel to get the route information, but to our surprise the hotel person were kind enough to come and pick us from there. it was a great gesture of welcoming us to Rome. The room condition was very good, very clean and spacious enough for a complete family. we were also provided with a decent breakfast. Only drawback is that there is no near metro station. But there are lot of buses plying and the 32 bus number can take you to ottavina st patrio. overall i had a great stay here.

Very Clean, Affordable Hotel with great staff.
I will admit that Fleming Suites was a little hard to find at first and it definitely out of the way from the city center, but if you are looking for something that is nice and affordable, this is the place to be. Once you get your bearings, it is just a bus ride out of town. It was kind of nice not to stay in the hustle and bustle of Rome. This was likely the most modern, clean and up to date hotel we had stayed at our entire trip. The bed was super comfy, wifi worked well, there was a hairdryer, a safe, the room was huge, bathroom was very nice. Manuelle was fabulous. He arrived shortly after we checked in with a map and some great information. He was incredible helpful and very kind. There was a tonne of coffee, tea and breakfast stuff in the room for us, all at no extra cost. Loved our stay and we highly recommend it.
