Two rooms are on the ground floor and four rooms on the first floor of an elegant villa with private access. What makes it an ideal place to stay is its proximity to the Vatican (only 50 meters) and to all the main tourist attractions, easily reachable thanks to Metro Line A, which is 500 meters away. The common area, bright and inviting, offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee. Guests can also use the refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine with pods at any time in the common area.

Check in is self service from 3: 00 PM onwards using a numeric code that will be sent the day before arrival. If guests plan to arrive before 3: 00 PM, they can use the code to access the common area to leave their luggage and begin exploring the city, but they should not take the room key yet.

Check out is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must leave their keys in the same locker where they picked them up upon arrival. If necessary, they can leave their luggage in the common area and return to collect it using the codes provided. However, they will not be allowed to access the rooms, which have been sanitized and ready for new guests. The property is not responsible for storing luggage.
