Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, werkelijk in het oude centrum op - zoals de naam het zegt - loopafstand van de Trevi fontein. Was ook tamelijk rustig. Is eerder een oud hotel. Er zit na 21u00 's avonds niemand meer aan de receptie. Dus als je later incheckt moet je contact opnemen en moet je ook 25 euro betalen. Het is ook beter om geen ontbijt te nemen. Je moet werkelijk naar een klein restaurantje gaan naast het hotel dat niet zo proper is. Voering van de zitbank gescheurd. Het ontbijt zelfs was ook niet oke. Zeer oud brood, weinig beleg, geen confituur en koffie was ook niet lekker. Vanaf de tweede dag zijn wij ergens anders gaan ontbijten.

Fantastisch ligging, we kregen zelfs complimenten van de taxichauffeur voor de keuze van locatie. Trevifontein is letterlijk naast de deur. Je ziet de zijkant vanaf de deur van het pension. Het personeel was top. Zij hebben ons heel wat geholpen. Niets was te veel gevraagd. Die verdienen een prijs voor gastvrijheid! Enige minpunt was dat de wc bril los zat en de vloer niet helemaal schoon. Aanrader voor iedereen die naar Rome wilt!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar/uitbater maar beter later open gegaan totdat alles in orde zou zijn Pas nieuw!! nog niet in orde voor verhuur/naam hotel is veel te groots is geen hotel maar appartementencomplex in zeer oude staat Geen naam voor herkenning waar hotel is buiten!! Geen balie moet je voor naar buiten en ook geen herkenning waar dit dan is1 Lekkende douche , na douche kamer onder water ,vuile vloeren enzv Voor ontbijt naar buiten zaakje naast het hotel , slecht georganiseerd om 9 uur nog niks klaar terwijl ontbijt van 8:30 tot 10:30 zou zijn geen brood aanwezig ,Cake en beschuiten

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
We hadden een eenvoudige kamer. Hij was niet groot en de persoonlijke badkamer was op de gang, maar alles was aanwezig in de kamer met een top bed waar we voortreffelijk in geslapen hebben. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding was geweldig. Je moet wel trappen lopen, maar aangezien wij dit hooguit 2 x per dag deden was dit geen probleem. En de bagage werd voor ons naar boven gebracht. Ook mochten wij toen wij eerder aankwamen gelijk inchecken en naar de kamer. Ook was er een keuken met koelkast en magnetron waar je gebruik van kon maken. Ook een afwisselend uitstekend ontbijt zat erbij. En omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken werd er ook nog gezorgd dat er een tas met een ontbijt voor ons klaar lag. Perfect geregeld dus.

Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you

Nice place to stay...as long as nothing goes wrong
Clean, decent-sized room. Great location. The reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they are non-responsive to issues. Our air conditioner stopped working and we found the office closed during their listed operating hours. We then called and nobody answered the phone. We even sent a message through Hotels.com and received no response. This is a decent place to stay as long as nothing goes wrong...but if something does you're out of luck!

The room stunk like a sewer, the floors, walls and bathroom was visibly filthy. After host was notified by Expedia of my complaints, host told me to take my bag and leave. It should be noted, neither Expedia or the host provided a refund.

This was my first time to Rome and this property made the stay so incredible! You can’t find a more central location to all of Romes historic and romantic sites! Safe and clean units with a wonderful host! 10/10!

The bathroom smelled like raw sewage really bad There were bugs in the room, even after the windows were sealed they still kept coming inside. The room was really hot, turned the A/C on and to the coldest setting as soon as we arrived. Went to dinner, and three hours later the room was not any cooler because the A/C was not functioning properly There were only three towels in our room for 4 people, went and asked the front desk for more towels and they claimed they did not have any more towels for us.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property.We are not even surprised to read about the bags and the ac not working considering all and your attitude.Funny how those things were not mentioned at all.What you might refering to are simple mosquitos that on a warm coutry in summer time can fly around since they exist.Towels were in the cabinet under the sink as you were told but we believe that even a private swimming pool in your room would no make any difference.Next time we advise you first to check the property where you are staying and we advise to have a different approach on peoples job insteads of writing lies about bugs and all.Have a nice day

The worst stay in Rome. There are bed bugs. Uncomfortable beds and pillows hard as bricks. They don't tell you that there is an external bathroom that is way to small to fit even 1 adult. 59 Steps Trevi approved an early check out and I have been waiting for a refund for 3 UNUSED nights. Only to find out they have decided not to refund me anything for UNUSED nights. Do not recommend unless you want your money stolen.

Lovely property perfect location everything within walking distance. Taxis outside Zara for transfer back to airport. There is a shared lounge area straight outside room D4 which can get a bit noisy, it wasn’t a problem for us but maybe for light sleepers. Would definitely stop here again we loved our stay here staff a lovely the whole experience for our first time in Rome was perfect

Dårlig hotel
Elendigt, elendigt og elendigt! Aldrig mere dette hotel, hold jer væk. Jovist er beliggenheden fantastisk, få skridt fra Trevi’en, men et værelse som man kalder standard værelse, hvor der dårlig nok var plads til en seng, og et badeværelse som er ude på gangen! Badeværelset er så lille, at man ikke kan vende sig og tage sit tøj på efter et bad. Der står intet om at badeværelset skulle være udenfor det rum man lejer. Total elendig information af både Hotels.com og hotellet. Rengøringspersonalet har et rum lige ved siden af værelset. De begynder kl. 8 om morgenen og de lamer sindssyg meget. De er bedøvende ligeglad med om gæsterne sover eller ej. Ubehøvlet! Og en reception der kun har åbent fra morgen 9 til aften 9.. Det eneste positive var beliggenhed og receptionisterne. Ingen morgenmad tilgænglig..

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo en el centro, a unos pasos de la Fontana de Trevi !! El personal muy atento en especial Mikaela, nos ayudaron bastante, si ocupa mejor limpieza de piso y baños, si regreso ahí me vuelvo a hospedar 😊

Pleasant stay.
The hotel was easy to find and the two people I met working at the office were both excellent and helpful. While there was no coffee maker in the room, I knew that going in. It’s Rome there no shortage of espresso everywhere. We found a local cafe nearby with the help of the woman on staff and it was great cappuccino and Cornetto there. I’d recommend to ask about that place. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival , and there was a housekeeper there daily. Location can’t be beat. Central to everything with a major landmark in Trevi fountain at the end of the road. Public transport nearby was easy to get to and scooter / bike rentals very close and abundant as well. I’d definitely stay there again. For the price. It’s a great deal.

Quarto muito confortável e localização excelente. Inclusive resolvemos ficar mais uma noite de tão bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante ao lado delicioso que também dá curso de massa fresca. Para quem tem restrição de mobilidade atentar que o acesso tem dois lances de escada.

This hotel was lovely! Perfect location with everything in a 30 ish min walk radius. The staff were lovely and helpful with everything we asked them. The hotel room itself was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Rome, me and my boyfriend would highly recommend!!
