Amazing property! Paul is a shining example of what a host should be! Very responsive to any inquiries we had and so helpful with island recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect and so well-stocked with everything we could ever need. Patrick, the house manager came by multiple times during the week to check on things. The island lost power a few times but we barely even noticed because the generator did exactly what it was supposed to do! If you are looking for a place to stay with a larger group, the Stay Exuma Compound is the place to do it! Between all 3 houses, you would have 13 master suites! I can’t imagine a better setup! Thank you, Paul and Island Time for a place where wonderful family memories were made!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning beach house, we knew we were in paradise.The view alone is worth the trip — turquoise waters, powdery white sand, and sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us.The house itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home and completely pampered.Every morning, we sipped coffee on the deck with the sound of gentle waves in the background. Afternoons were spent snorkeling just steps from the house or lounging by the pool under the palms with a good book. The beach is practically private — peaceful, quiet, and untouched. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was fantastic - friendly, responsive, and full of helpful local tips.We left feeling completely recharged, already dreaming of when we can return. If you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious, beachfront escape, THIS is it! A slice of heaven! Don’t hesitate- just book it!

The owner of this property and the other two next to it is absolutely amazing, all the information I requested before the trip and during the trip, the property manager is also very responsive during the trip, the property exceed expectations and the house was equipped with many other things I wasn’t expecting. We loved our stay at Island Time! The property was exactly as described, with stunning views and feet from the beach, not to mention the beautiful pool. The home was stocked with beach towels, yeti's for cold drinks, hair dryers, etc. All you need to bring is your bathing suit. Paul was incredibly helpful in our planning. Going above and beyond to answer every question we had. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

As 4 50 year-old couples, we were blown away the minute we opened the door. The house was immaculately clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the kitchen's organization. Everything is labeled and in great quantities. The layout of the house with all 4 bedrooms in corners, is great. You have a nice big central area and a great outdoor layout. We had so much fun with the pool and then only steps to the ocean. There are also plenty of pool floaties for our favorite time time of day .. floaty time with frosty drinks! . This home lives up to its claim of being luxurious. The velour robes were a big hit. We look forward to being here again!!!

This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. The area is safe. My favorite was the kitchen, being an at home cook, I loved having EVERYTHING you would need to grill, bake, pan fry. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine and the tubs are not to miss. We watched the sunrise each morning. There are so many other things I could say about this fine home. But the final thing is this...my family, friends, and I will be back.

This house if perfect! The layout of the rooms was perfect for 4 couples. The pool and beach are amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question we had. Absolutely perfect stay at Island Time House! The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The private pool and beachfront access were stunning, making it easy to soak in the beauty of Exuma. The house was stocked with everything—from beach chairs and towels to a Bluetooth speaker—so we could fully enjoy our time without worrying about a thing. The host and property manager were fantastic, with quick and helpful communication throughout our stay. The owner’s website also had great recommendations that made planning activities effortless. My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! We are already talking with friends about booking Island Time for a couples trip! Thank you Paul for sharing your home.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal with a perfect beach right off the pool. Beds were so comfy, bathrooms and kitchen luxurious, no detail was forgotten. We are definitely coming back. Paul was so helpful.

This beautiful home put the lux in luxury! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with small touches like the Yeti cups, kitchen towels, a huge assortment of wine glasses, cooking utensils, and spices. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable with a spa-like feel. We had 8 adults but there is room enough for kiddos. The robes are a lovely touch. Paul is an incredible host, provided loads of great info in advance of our trip and checked in to see how our week was going. Some of these “extras” sound simple but you normally would not find beach towels, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, 2 washers, dryers and fridges, Kleenex, and a wonderful welcome gift in a typical VRBO. Thank you, Paul, for the perfect week!

We had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures BUT nothing prepares you to how great the house is. You have everything you need and Paul, Patrick and Patricia provide all the little details. Super responsive hosts and any small need was taken care of very quickly. The only bad part was having to leave. Highly recommend for your next stay or vacation unless it’s the same time we want to return. We need it that week 😉

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) just spent a week in Exuma and stayed here at Island Time. The house is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It’s right on the water with beach access and the kids loved having the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. He truly thought of everything when furnishing this home. The location was great for us! I highly recommend staying here and hope to book again next year.
