For your convenience there is a washer and dryer and a two car garage with room for parking in the driveway as well. There is a lower drive way as well where you can park your boat trailer.

Putting your boat in the water is a breeze with Prairie Creek marina just a couple miles away and the HWY 12 launch ramp, which is even closer. You will be only 5 miles from downtown Rogers.
