Start your stay with a splash in the sparkling private pool, or relax in the hot tub. Step inside, and enjoy fun-filled afternoons in the first level game room equipped with pool table, accessory ping-pong top, comfy sitting area, and TV/DVD player with surround sound. The entertainment area also has a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, you’ll find a master bedroom with 2 single beds, handicapped friendly roll-in shower and TV/DVD. Also on this floor you will find an indoor/outdoor access half-bath with stack washer/dryer.

For a private retreat, select one of three bright and colorful bedrooms on the second level, all with TV/DVDs: one is a king master, one is a king bedroom with semi-private bathroom, and one is a master bedroom with two bunk beds. You can also unwind in the second level media room with home theater system with surround sound and queen sleeper sofa.

Upstairs, the king of the castle can escape to the king master bedroom with TV/DVD, tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Everyone will enjoy the majestic great room with towering ocean views, hardwood floors, and TV/DVD with surround sound. The kitchen is ideal for the family's gourmet chef, featuring dual dishwashers and granite countertops, with the beautiful oceanfront dining area simply steps away.

You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
