Upstairs features an open floor plan with ocean views. A spacious chef’s kitchen, living room, dining room, 1/2 bath, and Master Bedroom with private ensuite. The classic white kitchen with stainless steel appliances features a breakfast bar for additional prep space or an easy perch for hopeful taste-testers, or a perfect gathering area. Cook away with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 dishwashers and complimentary coffee station. Sip on a glass of wine while sitting on the top deck enjoying the exceptional ocean and sound views surrounding you.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with its own unique theme. On the top floor the spacious king master bedroom features a smart tv, closet space, extra pillows and blankets. Attached is a private full bathroom with soaker tub, walk in shower and double sinks.

On the second level, you'll find four additional bedrooms. A spacious king bedroom with a jack & jill shared bathroom with the adjoining room which has double bunk beds. Each bedroom has a closet and smart tv.
A convenient sitting area in between bedrooms is a great place to relax, and read a good book or play some board games with the whole family!
Finishing off the 2nd floor is another king bedroom with private full ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom with private full ensuite bathroom and laundry room making Dancing Dunes the perfect multi-generational vacation destination for everyone in the family!

The ground level features 2 additional bedrooms, a game room with kitchenette with direct access to the outdoor pool and hot tub area. On lazy afternoons, unwind in the first-level game room that features a pool table, a TV, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Nearby is a convenient full bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds sharing that full bathroom, and a queen bedroom, with a full private ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms in this home have been tastefully decorated and feature smart TVs.

This stunning home sits in a quiet cul de sac area only steps to the sandy beaches! With so many amenities, Dancing Dunes is sure to be the crowning jewel of your family's Hatteras Island vacation.

EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS: For an additional $100, our cleaners will prioritize cleaning the home for your arrival at 2pm instead of 5pm. This must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival

POOL:
o The private pool is open from May-September. Pool heat is available for an additional $500.
o Hot tub is open all year round.

PETS:
o We accept up to 2 well-behaved housetrained dogs for $100/pet. Our house rules must be respected at all times.
o No pets are permitted on the furniture or in the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.
o Pets are not permitted in the pool.
o Pets must be taken outside to relieve themselves (no pee pads in the house!). You MUST pick up after your pets. The home is inspected before all check ins, and after all check outs. There is a $300 cleaning fee if you do not pick up after your pets. Doggy bags are provided in the kitchen welcome basket.

THINGS TO KNOW:
o You must be 25 years old and present during the stay to rent this home in accordance with NC Vacation Rental Act.
o The private pool will open seasonally from May-September. Dates are subject to change.
o No parties or events
o No more than 16 guests can occupy this property. If this is violated you will be evicted immediately and NO refunds will be provided
o You must disclose all pets. If you fail to disclose a pet, there is a $200 surcharge above the pet fee
o You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property during your stay. Damage protection insurance is highly recommended
o There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the home. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is smoking or vaping in the home.

o The dunes between the house and the beach are steep and can be challenging for less active/abled fellows.
o The house is regularly treated for bugs & pests, however in this warm tropical climate you will experience bugs and small reptiles
o Hatteras is a barrier island. Beaches, dunes, and access can change due to erosion, reclamation projects and other factors.
