'We will not stay any other place when we visit Gloucester! The staff is always super friendly and attentive, you can't beat the view, and the on-site breakfast cafe is our first stop every morning. The little touches like homemade cookies available everyday make it always feel like a welcoming place to stay! We love the Atlantis Oceanfront Inn and plan to come back for many years!'

'Terrible check in experience. No one available for questions, etc. I was handed a key and told "your room is up the stairs on the left" IN A HURRY to leave and lock up!!! No one in attendance every time I went downstairs. Never got the wifi password. Won't be returning and I stay in Rockport very frequently. Thought I would give this a try. I actually grew up in a boutique Hotel that my parents owned in the town of Rockport and this is no way to treat a guest especially on the first visit. It...

'the house was well kept'

'I don’t usually bother writing reviews but this stay was above and beyond. Loved the design and a very spacious double queen room! Fridge, microwave, keurig and floor space for a pack n play (which we had to bring). Main room lobby had more supplies and board games.'

'The hotel has a very good location! It's private to have a beautifull view in the garden to the village & you can walk to the center! We really loved the breakfast in the veranda and were helped by the most sweet host Pamm. The pancakes were really amazing, as was the chef for telling us his preparation method. :-D '

'My daughter and I stayed at The Cabot Lodge, on 4/14/26, for an overnight stay, before a college tour at Endicott College. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel on the grounds of Endicott College, but no rooms were available. In the end, I was glad that we didn’t get a room on the college grounds.
