'Wonderful property snuggled into the mountains. We came during a winter storm but was able to get in and out without any issues. My daughter had the best sleep of our trip. Peaceful and quiet'

'This resort is very good and our room was nice overall. We found that our AC was not working, but when I informed the staff at checkout, they were very cooperative and waived the resort fee, which we appreciated. One suggestion would be to provide water bottles in the rooms for guests.'

'We stayed for 3 nights, we never had our room cleaned. We had to call down for towels after the first night, we were told they had a lot out guests that’s why the rooms weren’t cleaned seemed like a strange excuse. then the second night we came back to the room after going out all day and again it was cleaned. Een luxe hotel in Banff geeft meer voor dezelfde of goedkopere prijs. standaard cabin: - verf bij kozijnen afgebladderd - stoel op veranda viel bijna uit elkaar - er stonden kartonnen bekertjes, geen kopjes of glazen voor bijv een drankje, of het spoelen na tandenpoetsen. - Koffieapparaat werkte niet naar behoren - waterkoker was niet aanwezig , theezakjes wel. We moesten blijkbaar om een apparaat vragen. Dit stond nergens vermeld. - geen regendouche zoals...
